About me
I help mothers and families to find and feel like themselves again. It’s not about someday. It’s about today. Your day.
Before becoming a coach, I worked in investment banking and as a strategy consultant — so I know exactly what it feels like to wear many hats. Today I live with my husband, our four children and our animals on a farm — working, and right in the middle of real, chaotic family life.
Personal experiences and my work with people in grief have shown me one thing very clearly: we should make the most of every day of our lives. No day comes back. We are never guaranteed tomorrow. I bring exactly this attitude into coaching — genuine, attentive, pragmatic and with an eye for what truly matters.
